Catria mountain tagliolini

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • g. 100 fresh white truffle
  • g. 400 tagliolini (egg pasta)
  • g. 100 butter
  • g. 100 grated pecorino cheese
  • salt to your liking

Preparation:

Boil the tagliolini in a light beef broth, drain and dress with melted butter slightly amber, grated cheese, half of the white truffle, cut into strips. Add salt to your liking, mix gently and sprinkle with other half of white truffles slices. Serve immediately
