Bread gnocchi (Pasta) with tartufata sauce

First dish

How to do it:
Put the previously grated bread in milk, add the egg, flour , salt , pepper and nutmeg and make a dough. Make a stripe with the dough , roll and cut it in 1 cm long slices. When the water boils add the gnocchi and cook them.
Drain the pasta and add butter , cheese, fresh cream and T&C Tartufata till the pasta will be creamy.
To make the presentation crunchy wafer take a pan, add some olive oil, and when it will be warm add the grated cheese .Cook it for a while , turn it for a few seconds, and give it the round form with a glass.

Ingredients:
• Stale bread 250g
• Fresh cream 150g
• Milk 250g
• Flour 200g
• 1 medium size egg
• Grated Grana Padano 20g
• Some butter
• Fine salt as required
• Black pepper as required
• Nutmeg as required
• 60g T&C Tartufata sauce
